Find Your Pathway

Always wanted a qualification but can't take time off the farm? Have a look at our online options - there's even a fully integrated degree with UNE. You begin your study with RuralBiz Training to complete a Diploma of Agriculture (AHC50116), an Advanced Diploma of Agribusiness Management (AHC60316) and following the completion of some UNE units you can achieve a Bachelor of Agricultural Production and Management graduating with all three qualifications and ready to make your mark in Agriculture.

RuralBiz Out & About

Another busy month for RuralBiz with Kathy travelling to PNG for the final intensive study week for our Certificate IV in Agribusiness students. We are very proud of these students who have now graduated and are taking their skills back to rural communities to improve regional agribusiness practices.

Kathy has also enjoyed a trip to Glen Innes and Inverell delivering a workshop on Understanding Farm Financial Statements. This was kindly hosted by GLENRAC and Gwymac Landcare.

Ash attended the Tamworth Agricultural careers expo. The day had exhibits providing information on a range of careers and courses available to young people who are keen to enter the agricultural industry. Ash had a great day at Farrer talking to students about their future careers in Agriculture.

The UNE students have had a busy few weeks with a Soil Testing field trip, Chemical Card Plus accreditation and a Farm Planning visit to Woolbrook farm. Thanks to owners Rhonda and Gary Olrich for their time and valuable insights.
